Alert texts and calls — terms
- Programme: JKP Software alert texts and calls. JKP Software tells its account holders' staff when a server or system JKP Software monitors for them has a critical problem — by text, then by an automated phone call if nobody acknowledges.
- How you join: you enter your own mobile number in your JKP Software account dashboard (Phone alerts) and choose to receive texts and/or calls. We never text a number that was not entered or confirmed by its owner.
- Message frequency varies with the health of the systems you look after — typically a few messages a month, and none while everything is healthy.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any alert. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume.
- For help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Alerts are service notifications only — never marketing or promotional content.
Alerts are an aid, not a guarantee: delivery depends on mobile networks outside our control. Your dashboard and email alerts remain available. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.
